Thank you for visiting my website!
Doing my genealogy has been both very enjoyable and very time consuming.
At times, even a little frustrating. But when you find that little
shred of information you've been looking for it's like finding the buried treasure!
In all honesty, I've put this website together mostly for my own enjoyment.
But also, so that my family members can visit from time to time and
learn about their ancestry as I dig it up. It will be a work in progress
for a long, long time, so if you get a chance, come back every once in a while.
ALL I ASK IS:
If you are doing your own research, please confirm the facts
before entering them into your own project. I've found errors in other's research
and although I've tried very diligently to be accurate, human error is always a factor.
Any comments, suggestions or general feedback would be appreciated.

A complete list of surnames is to the left and includes all the names I have come across thus far. Some are links to that name's Family Contents page which contains links to all research and information I have at present. There is more information on some names than others.
If you are interested in surnames associated with either my
father or mother, but don't know which these would include,
I suggest you look at the Ancestry Chart for Dad or Mom.
There are also links on this Home page for the Major Family Resources
used in my research which include family Bibles and letters and notes collected along the way that you may be interested in browsing yourself.
This is an ongoing project, so check back once in a while and see What's New.
Enjoy!

Updates, corrections, pictures and more information
gathered from my recent visit to Massachusetts in May 2008!!
A family tree has many branches, which themselves have branches
and on it goes. I started this project in February 2006 and at first
to keep my research manageable, decided to follow just eight surnames
or last names: the four of my paternal great-grandparents and the four of my maternal great-grandparents.
I call these the "Main Eight" names. They are in bold below. Since then, I have been able to branch
out and continue to add to my file.
