Something interesting to note on this census: just below George W. Drum is the George and Julia LAW family.

Living with them is their three year old son Romaine. This census was taken 15 June 1880, about a month before the birth of George and Caroline Drum's twin girls, Frankie and Fannie. 

Fannie and Romaine were married about 21 years after this census in October of 1901.
